These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, quiz, contact forms, content, and related services provided by Jamesernet, LLC dba Emergent Labs (“Emergent Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Informational Website
The site is provided for general informational purposes and to help visitors learn about Emergent Labs’ consulting, technical advisory, prototype, and fractional CTO services.
Submitting a form, completing a quiz, or contacting us does not create a client relationship, consulting engagement, partnership, or obligation to provide services.
2. Consulting Engagements
Any consulting, technical advisory, prototype, or fractional CTO work will be governed by a separate written agreement, statement of work, proposal, or other engagement terms.
3. No Professional Advice Through the Site
Content on the site is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not legal, financial, tax, investment, cybersecurity, compliance, or other professional advice.
You are responsible for your own decisions and should consult qualified professionals where appropriate.
4. Acceptable Use

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Emergent Labs and its owners, affiliates, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the site.
To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).
